HOW DO I CHANGE BACK TO THE OLD INTERFACE!? ALL OF MY FAVICONS NOT SHOWING UP IN THE BOOKMARKS BAR - EX. SALESFORCE, AMAZON FLAVICONS ARE NO LONGER THERE!!
Upgraded tonight to this lame Firefox browser. Not sure where the U.I. Team from FF was coming from when they created it but dealing with it now, that I have NO ALTERNATIVE but CHROME. Firefox is preferred here at Amazon unfortunately so I am living with this. In the old version I had all of my Flavicons at the top for Salesforce (little blue clouds), LinkedIn (the LI Logo), Amazon Workdocs (the Workdocs Logo), Dashboards, Fidelity Investments (logo), etc...now all I see is these weird globes for Favicons!!?? WT!?!

Sorry, the location of site icons was changed to a different file at some point between the version you used before and this one. They should reappear when you visit the sites again. Does that work?
NO - It was not helpful because I am on VPN...and all bookmarked sites must be "re-logged into" with my username and password to access again. A POOR update in my opinion from Firefox!!!

I'm not sure why you need to log in again. Did Firefox lose your cookies for those sites during the upgrade? Did Firefox perform a Refresh -- the telltale sign in a new folder on your desktop named Old Firefox Data?
NO IDEA PER YOUR COMMENT "I'm not sure why you need to log in again. Did Firefox lose your cookies for those sites during the upgrade? Did Firefox perform a Refresh -- the telltale sign in a new folder on your desktop named Old Firefox Data? "
EVIDENTLY IT DOES LOSE IT....I AM NOT GOING TO SPEND MY TIME (NOR SHOULD I) SEARCHING FOR A NEW DESKTOP FOLDER NAMED OLD FIREFOX DATA....THAT'S RIDICULOUS....WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO AS AN END-USER. THE UPGRADE SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT TO THE END-USER. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!??

If you would care to stop using all Caps as you know it is shouting and rude. Firefox Support Volunteers do not need that as we are users, like you.
So please start asking properly and we will be glad to help you through this. Thank You.
SORRY THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY KEYBOARD RIGHT NOW
Hi, maybe if you told us what version you were running we can send you back but no guarantees that bookmarks will not now be changed until you visit them as previously told.
There are 235million ways to customize Quantum to your liking, just need to read 20mins or less and find or ask for the code..
Should always do this regardless :
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer
Your old bookmarks maybe in the OldFirefoxProfile which was made due to corruption in the Profile.

HOW DO I TELL (sorry for the all caps - #natch) :) lol
Hi AmazonKim, I guess everyone's Windows desktop looks a bit different, but usually you can tell if a new folder has appeared. Another way to check whether a Refresh occurred is to view Firefox's Add-ons page to check whether your extensions were removed.
If this is all too much hassle, then never mind, you'll gradually rebuild your Firefox data and site icons as you go.
