I was just nearly scammed by a pop-up claiming to be Firefox and asking me to answer a short survey. Concerned that I gave some address details before i realised it was a scam. No card details given or payments made.

This scam claiming you can get a Samsung S8 or S9 or iPhoneX or $1000 gift card for just doing a survey and or a money transfer of $1 have been occuring for some months now. The version of page and domain used has varied often times with a .loans domain.

Mozilla is the company that makes the desktop Firefox web browser so Firefox itself could not be doing a survey.

edit to add: Mozilla has done surveys over the years by way of http://qsurvey.mozilla.com which is surveygizmo.com however no form of prizes are given for doing them.
