How to set the Firefox home page (pre-Quantum page)

I have used in Firefox 57-59 the about:config page to change the home page to the pre-Quantum look. However, in Firefox 60 the page reverted back, and the about:config setting did not work anymore.

The pre-Quantum page does not exist for use.

If you want to change the look of Firefox it is done with userChrome :
