When running firefox and checking task manager it shows ' Firefox (5) ' . There is only one tab of firefox open. Sometimes it seems to just lockup the web site I am viewing. This problem only seemed to start after the last Firefox update. Is it supposed to show that?

Yes, having 5 processes is expected behaviour.
