There is no Thunderbird site. It is email client software running on your computer. You do not sign into Thunderbird. You sign into your email account using Thunderbird. Go to your email providers webmail site and get where you can log into your email account there. Work with your provider if you need to reset your email password. Then when you know you have a working username and password for your email you can try Thunderbird again.
