Hi. The attached "authentication required" popup occurs intermittently in the Firefox browser. I have no idea what it is referring to. Clicking cancel removes it. It does not appear to interfere with any Firefox operations. Would just like to know what it is about and how to prevent it from appearing if not necessary. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Chosen solution

This is a proxy form. If you don't use proxy, go to Options -> General -> Network and click the Settings button. Then select No proxy option.
