By telling me how to understand unupdate mozilla firefox

Chosen solution

Okay

I do not think this is connected to Firefox for Android, but I strongly recomend that you make sure that the other apps on your device is up to date.

The information that you provided with your question suggests that the phone is using Android 5 - this is an older version, suggesting that the phone is geting a bit old now and may be having a hardware issue.

Hi

Just to clarify, is your phone playing any sound, such as a .mp3 or the ringtone?

My mobile speaker works in all tasks but those within the calls-when my phone calls another I can see that it is dialling & the other phone rings but they can't hear me and I can't hear them when they answer.

Thankyou Seburo but you haven't answered the question as to how to unintelligible the current version- or at least go back to the older version of Firefox
