Every day I get over 60 fake or unwanted email, its so bad I spend all my time deleting them.

I think my email been hacked, I get over 60 emails from fake web sites. It so bad I spend most of my time deleting them. Instead of reading them. Some time they lock it where I cannot use my spam key to delete.
