On my laptop computer, I am suddenly unable to display the spectrum.net web page which I use for viewing email. The address box display https://www.spectrum.net/ but all I get is a blank page with the circle going 'round and 'round. I updated Firefox to version 86.0.1 but am still having the same problem. Microsoft Edge is able to access the website. Firefox works on every other website I have tried. I have no problem accessing the website on my desktop computer. Any idea what could be causing this problem? I really prefer using Firefox.

Chosen solution

Don't know why I didn't think of this sooner but I did two things: 1. In the options menu under cookies and site data, I used the Manage Data option to delete the entries associated with Spectrum. 2. I cleared recent history.

I'm now able to access the Spectrum site again.
