So far i asked a handful questions here. Some are being replied while others are ignored. How do i get more attention on my questions and how is determined if they are important or not? support.mozilla.org behaves in a wired way here, it's not like a Forum. Im certain admins have full sight over all topics here while a normal user like me, feels pretty lost.

Why do some questions show the amount of views while others dont? -See attached screenshots https://i.postimg.cc/QtyPZ0Nh/1.png https://i.postimg.cc/q7QSjp9t/2.png

Hello,

Because this is ran by volunteers, you can visit the contribution side of the site quite easily. This site is much more like a forum than you think. We do not triage issues, we try and help as fast as possible, and the support page makes that easy. I tend to help the most recent before the least recent, but I am not sure if that is true for other contributors.

To get to the all topics page, scroll down from the chose a product page and click on all products.

The issue you are having is that your support issues are not being seen or ignored, I believe this is because you post at an off time for the contributors, causing your support requests to be effectively pushed to the bottom of my page, and most likely other contributors' pages as well.

As for the reply thing, I have no clue.

I do not know what you are talking about, looking at your questions, all of them except for 2 were well answered, and one of those 2 were closed, disallowing responses.

I will say, you are getting much more support from this community than others, due to your sheer volume of questions.
