Hello. Since the last update 96.0.3 on windows 10 64 bit, firefox constantly crashes seemingly at random. Well not so random as it seems to be linked to opening a new tab. Another constant is after crashing and opening firefox again it says it could not restore my previous session.

Hello Fred, unfortunately these crashes are not reported in that page. Now that I think about it another thing that seems to characterize these crashes is the lack of a notification that Firefox has crashed. It just closes instantly without stuttering and when I open the browser again it shows the message explaining that it could not restore my session.
