I have used Firefox for years with no issues but recently when I open a new page it dos not bring anything up on screen - nothing at all, and just hangs there with a blank screen.

Sometime opening new tabs and copying the web address in works but sometimes this tab hangs also.

Other browsers work at the same time so it is not the internet connection that is down.

I have tried a complete uninstall including deleting the files from the user folder and app data section but this has not help when i do a fresh reinstall.

Any ideas?

Pete

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
