Hi, at what step of the process do you get that message?

Let's start with Ctrl+P to call up the preview/settings overlay. Okay so far or do you get the message immediately?

Next, check the "Destination" in the upper right of the panel. If it is set to a PDF "printer", then you can expect Firefox to ask where to save the file. Change that to the proper device if you want a physical printout.

Note: when the overlay first appears, if you touch an arrow key, Page Up, or Page Down, that will change the Destination, so this probably is a bit too easy to change.
