Synced passwords and bookmarks not showing up in new install

I had to reinstall windows 10, and then Firefox on my computer, after logging into Firefox on this fresh install (had to reset password), my saved passwords and bookmarks are not there. They still exist on my phone, and my phone is now asking for the new password to start syncing again. If I log in on my phone, will it sync the passwords there to my computer? I am worried syncing will cause the ones on my phone to disappear. Is there any way to export my passwords/bookmarks on the phone(android) to file? As a backup just in case. I logged in on an old computer thinking it would sync, even if it was out of date, but now it also shows 0 passwords saved.

If you reset the password for the Mozilla account because you do not remember this password, then that will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data locally before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key you created earlier can decrypt this data.

Do you have a logins-backup.json that still has login data (encrypted username and password) if you check this in a text editor or by loading the file in a Firefox tab?

No, the firefox data was deleted when I reinstalled windows. Is there a way to get it from the android app? Will logging in on the Firefox android app cause me to lose the data stored there?

EDIT: I found the logins-backup.json under my profile in the windows.old folder and figured it out from there. Thanks for your help!
