Firefox 115.27.0esr will still work on Windows 7 (and 8, 8.1) just that it will not get anymore security/stability updates after unless Mozilla decides to extend updates a third time. Also Firefox 115 will be old so some sites may not work as well as they do in more current versions of Firefox. Any web browser that is essentially/Chrome/Chromium based (including Opera, Edge) already dropped support of the old eol Windows 7, 8, 9.1 back in Jan/Feb 2023.
