I am on a website that I have registered for and I am trying to post something but it says that I must put in a Recaptcha code. The problem is, there is no Recaptcha showing up. Someone said I could probably fix it by going to Tools and enabling my "Scripts." I'm not sure what "Scripts" are but, my JavaScript was enabled. I don't usually have trouble with Recaptcha, in fact, in other part of the same site, Recaptchas showed up.

Are you running AdBlock Plus or any add-on that might disable scripts?

I have no idea. I'm not exactly computer savvy, but I've never heard of AdBlock Plus. I listed all my add-ons whe I posted my question. I doubt any add-on or installed program would be blocking it because on different pages/sections of the same site, I could see Recaptchas come up. I don't understand why exclusively one page doesn't show it.
