Monzilla Firefox on windows 7(64) will not respond to starting and keeps telling me it already running , do a system restart but this didn't work. I also reloaded a new copy it to have the same problem. After a system restore Firefox worked to 7th (now) Dec when I tried to open Firefox while not on the internet. I then went on the net and Firefox started to tell me that it is already running and to do restart. After restart firefox still kept telling me that it was still running, but the browser didnot load.
