Why do I get a 'ghost' image of another website when I close my browser?
Occasionally when I close FF4 browser (only 1 tab open), the screen I am currently one (e.g. home page) closes, and then another screen appears behind it almost instantly and then closes. The second screen is not noted as an open tab or another window. It does not (in that brief flash) appear to be a site that I intentionally went to. It also has not been the same screen twice.
Anyone else running into this weird glitch?
I am running adblockplus plug in, and my avg plug in is disabled with the upgrade to 4.

You could install FRAPS from http://www.fraps.com/ which will allow you to make a video of what you see on the screen. Then play it back to see what the ghost image contains.
I note though that your graphics drivers are out of date which might be the cause although it sounds a bit odd I must admit. Update via http://www.nvidia.com
You also need to update Java. Download from http://www.java.com/en/
updated the video driver and java. let's see if that solves the problem.
I have this same issue, and updating the video card drivers and java had no effect. (This was not an issue with the previous version of Firefox.)
still happens with java & driver updates, even with FF5.0... eh.
for me it happens so quick, but usually i see a page flash and close as im exiting ff, mostly it looks like pages ive been to recently, sometimes, im not sure wtf i just saw. not cool, a little creepy. almost like i had a tab underneath open, and it closes quickly after ff itself closes. was sure to test making sure i only had one tab open as i closed ff.
