For some unknown reason, I cannot access my bank account, which is bookmarked. I can access all other bookmarks without incident. The bank says the problem lies with Firefox. This problem just occurred since I upgraded my Firefox.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
