when i launch mfireforx a page opens(mozillafirefox start page) with just only ffox ICON and nothing else(no sheet similar to yahoo)

2 weeks back our internet ofc changed my mozilla home page due to some minor mis-information from their side. Asked them to correct the situation. they told me to go to Tools and clean all History. After that problem started. When I launch mozilla from my desktop or from programms I just receive Mozilla blank Tab with Mozilla Icon. I dont have any page similar to yahoo . I installed it again, but same problem occurs.
