Firefox32 process fails to terminate on exit.

When I exit Firefox 8, the Firefox.exe *32 process does not terminate and has to be manually terminated before I can open Firefox again.

Had to roll back to 6.02 Win7 64 bit.

If the Firefox process doesn't end when you close Firefox, the process is "hung".

It's not hanging or freezing. The Firefox window closes but the Firefox.exe *32 process doesn't terminate, making it impossible to run Firefox again until the process is manually killed.
