I didn't ask to be upgraded and yet you forced an update on me today. And what happened? You removed the bookmark icons that I use ALL the time so I can find things quickly. Will someone please tell me why companies treat users like crap and force changes on them when they don't want them? Please don't tell me about all the new functionalities. Between Yahoo and Facebook changes today, I've about had it. Firefox is just the last straw.

Hi PamRb,

You should take a look at this article that discusses issues with the latest version of Firefox.

There is some information in there specifically for this issue on Mac OSX. That should give you all the steps you need to get back up and running.

Hopefully this helps!
