My college email site won't work anymore after years of working fine. I can open the site but clicking on messages in my email does nothing. Internet Explorer has no problems - I can open sites without any problems. Also - my public school email site, hotmail and yahoo email sites have no problems in Firefox - only the college site. I can access my college email from Firefox when I use a different computer, so the problem lies within my computer.

Hi cwilkins45,

I'd try starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide and the Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems article as well.

Hopefully this helps!
