CTRL+SHIFT+D works to open the New Bookmark dialog in Firefox 11. One of your Extensions may be causing the problem.
Use Firefox Safe Mode to find a problem with an Extension or Plugin:
- Don't check anything when entering Safe Mode, just continue
- If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode it is probably an Extension or Plugin causing the problem
- To leave Firefox Safe Mode, close/exit Firefox (Firefox button > Exit or File > Exit) and restart Firefox using the desktop icon only.
