My skype was being remove at Firefox after three update. I tried to add this in tool but it always failed. It start to be remove at version 13 and until now version 15. Does this also happen to others?

Hello jambox35 and thanks for contacting us for solving your problem.

This may mean your plug-in is not compatible with the current version of Firefox. Some extensions are not compatible with latest Firefox builds and Firefox disables then until they get updated. Maybe if you try to download again the extension or reinstall Skype with the latest version, they would have made a compatible version.

Please try to give more information about what exactly you are using, giving fullnames and version numbers for any Skype related software.

Skype software has in the past caused Firefox problems, it is listed here http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions

You may find that for instance you are able to use skype but not with a firefox toolbar.
