For the past few days I can not use my Blogger blog with firefox. The dashboard will open but if I try to make a new or edit a post it just keeps loading. I started my ff in safe mode with all ad-ons disabled and it still did this.

I tried to open in IE and it worked so its only in FF

When you try for New post page, firefox trying to access cookies of that page, delete cookies and check it out.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?

You can remove all stored data from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (Show All History or History sidebar) or via the about:permissions page.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove everything like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions from that domain, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from this "forget" unless you have a backup of the affected files.

It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

I use AVG and have for several years with no problems. The same goes for FF and blogging I have been using both for almost 6 years with no issues ever.

I downloaded that add on and used it and nothing changed. I have no idea what it is bc its not changing even with everything cleared and add ons disabled in smart mode. So odd and I hate using IE.
