I need to download Firefox version 13 to a windows 7 pc with a 64 bit processor.

Am currently running Firefox ESR 10.0.6

I need version 13 because that's the latest version that Trend Micro has plugins for.

I've been running the ESR 10.0.6 version because it was the latest Trend Micro had plugins for when Firefox version 12 came out.

I've found a page of older Firefox versions, but the 13.1 page only listed the 32 bit version.

32 bit Firefox will work on a 64 bit PC. Mozilla used to do builds of 64 bit Firefox but there is no such thing anymore, and non existing in version 13. Here is a download link for 13.0.1 http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/13.0.1/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%2013.0.1.exe

Hope this explains your question.

There are only 32-bit versions of Firefox for Windows from Mozilla. The Win32 builds works on 64-bit windows just fine.

The Firefox 10.0.11esr is actually more up to date security patches wise compared to the old 13.0.1

The only way to have 64-bit builds for Windows is with the unofficial third-party builds or build it yourself, though the development of win64 source (Firefox) is still a work in progress.

What does Trend Micro provide that you really need to risk using vulnerable versions of Firefox for?

nmd12, Mozilla never used to do Win64 builds of Firefox any release as the only Win64 builds are on the unstable Nightly development channel and used for catching breakage/regressions and meant for testers/devs at most. They are still actually being produced though Mozilla have plans to put them on hiatus for a while (not discontinued as some articles incorrectly claim).
