When I scroll up or down using the right hand scroll, the scroll goes too far and misses some of the text of the items. How can I fix this?fix

For example, if the lines on the text were numbered and the initial page displayed lines 1 through 20. When I scroll down I would see lines lines 25 or so through 45. I miss seeing lines 21 through 24.

on "about:config" change the value of this option "mousewheel.system_scroll_override_on_root_content.vertical.factor" to "200"
