Hi worthy,
Sorry you are having problems.

See if any of the linked articles help, and post back with replies to my questions please.

Installing a plugin involves installing something in your Windows Operating System. Check that you

  • Do not have any security related software that may be blocking this.
  • That you have the correct type of Adobe Flash for installing on Firefox.
  • Note that Flash Player will need installing separately on Internet Explorer (IE)
    • Have you already done that ?
    • Does FlashPlayer work ok on IE ?
  • Please also paste into your reply the exact error messages you are getting, or attach screenshots
  • Have you actually got FlashPlayer listed in your Addons ?
You apparently did not have when this message was posted.
  • If you get messages top left by the location bar when trying to use Flash Player click them to allow FlashPlayer to work
