When I log in to a web site .http://speakingtree.in directly and/or through Face book, Google+ Using Google chrome browser i receive the message " This webpage has a redirect loop" and when I use Firefox browser message "Cookies seem to be disabled in your browser. SpeakingTree requires cookies to be enabled in order to operate" flashes on the screen. My attempts to log in leave a message time and again " you have log out of ST site click here to log on.

Try to clear all cookies for the site. Firefox > Permissions Manager.

then Clear the Firefox cache

Try again. If there is still trouble, holding down the shift key, press <F5> or page reload.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode.

Let us know how you do.

Thank you for your help but it did not evince the required solution. I enclose screen images that flashes when I log in and log up (afresh with different e-mail id). Apart from, when I try to log in through Face book a caption as under flashes on the screen.

"The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
