I have reset Firefox twice. the other sites I have are working fine, which leads me to believe the problem is with wunderground, so I certainly don't want to reinstall Firefox. If you have any clues or information I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Hi zmmrm122,

If you open up History and Manage all history, can you search for all the pages of wunderground.com beta and delete them? Sometime directly deleting cached pages reloads the page. If you do not want to delete the history you can reload the page and skip the cache. Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:

  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.

OR

  • Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows and Linux)
  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

Let us know if this solves the issues you are having.

It turned out to be a problem on the site, which they fixed. However your response is a useful tool to keep in mind. I don't entirely trust the Beta version yet. I have cleared the cache but may go in and make sure there are no Beta pages stuck in history.

Thanks for your help.
