I have 2 email addresses but they are not showing in the left hand column in TB, how do I rectify this problem?

I am hoping to transfer from Outlook Express to TB. On installing TB and importing from OE the 2 email address I have do not show as seperate accounts. The 2 are brian@IP address and shopping@IPaddress. I use the 2 address for completely seperate reasons and would therefore like each account to have their own Inbox and the incoming emails to be downloaded in each inbox, as they currently are in OE. How can I acheive this in TB?

Did you try go to View >> Folders and check the option All?

I had already done this and it does not solve the problem

Is the folder pane collapsed? View(or AppMenu/Options)/Layout/Folder Pane. Otherwise, deleting foldertree.json might fix it:
