Hi I can open .eml file in firefox with content type- Outlook Express mail message with notepad in one of my system but i am not finding this option of content type present in Tools>Options>Application in onother system so how can i add such content types in firefox Tools>Options>Application?

Sorry, .eml is a file format used by several desktop email clients. Firefox doesn't do email, thus doesn't support that file format.

Mozilla Thunderbird does support eml files to a degree. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switching-thunderbird#w_importing-windows-mail-messages
