cannot close popup - looks like its hidden beneath the top "bar"
image attached. Seems that the top portion is underneath the top bar of TB. So I can't get to the X to close it. Cannot drag it either.
Currently trying to QUIT TB, but it seems to be hanging and timing out without quitting. I might have to shutdown my whole computer to get rid of this.

Above the words 'Link Text', near the edge of the 'Write' window, is there a tiny bit showing. Put cursor up to the edge and do a right click to see if you can get the drop down option to 'Move', allowing you to drag the small window away.
Or see if 'Alt' + 'F4' will close it.
I Force Quit TB so its gone for now. I have a Mac with a trackpad, so no Right Clicks for me. No "Alt" key either. Ctrl maybe?
I think this is another manifestation of the continuing error that ALL the drop downs from the main menu bar are truncated. And get smaller each time I click on one of the sub-menus, until there is nothing.
I know you have this persistent issue which seems to specifically afflict Macs.
But please bear in mind that the vast majority of users will be on Windows, and those of us who are not on either Windows or OSX will be on Linux, which by and large runs on PC hardware. So Linux users have alt, ctrl and right-clicks and so on. Most of the advice you get will come from that background.
So we can't escape the reliance on right-clicks, control keys, alt keys and other PC-centric controls. It's in your interests to discover how Mac users are supposed to emulate these actions. You must have a keyboard action for closing a window, for instance. It's your computer, you chose it, so please find out how to use it. I believe the "command" key goes some way to emulating alt, when used in conjunction with left-click.
I have never touched a mac in my life; to help you, I'd have to go googling. I think that is really your job here. ;-)
