I'm not computer savvy, I need to move my Netzero emails (in folders) to Thunderbird...how can this be done? I'm getting a new ISP (AT&T) this Friday and want to make sure these emails/photos won't get lost.

Please email me at [email removed from public] ...because I don't know how to get around in Thunderbird

It seems NetZero does not support IMAP access. This means you can't access your messages in their respective folders using Thunderbird (or any other third-party client that uses IMAP). IMAP would have let you download and view messages in their respective folders in Thunderbird. Your only option, then, is to use POP access with the settings given here http://help.netzero.net/nzhelp/support-home-page/service-help/email/pop-settings/ See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manual-account-configuration for detailed steps.
