"Display Attachment inline" is not working on the email that is attached and has its own attachment. How can I print an attached email without its attachment.

If the attached email is an .eml file, I think you could right-click the attachment, Open, then choose TB as the associated application, if it isn't already specified, and view the file and it's own attachment.
