After clicking on "Get email", it says "Home account-Downloading 1 of 26" The gas gauge shows it is downloading and then after a little time, it stops. No mail is downloaded. I'm using the latest Thunderbird program and Win 10.

Do you have access to the same account by webmail ?

It's possible that first email that Thunderbird is attempting to download has a bug attachment and for some reason it's taking too long to complete. Try to access it from the webmail interface and save its attachment, then deltee or archive the email in another email than Inbox.

I deleted all the emails at the web site. This morning, the email down loaded like it should.
