Missing File Folders
After the GoDaddy migration to Office365 I lost all my folders except the inbox on that email account in Thunderbird. I tried deleting the account and re-adding it. That didn't work. Then I tried deleting the program and reinstalling. That didn't work. I moved the email to Zoho instead of GoDaddy for hosting and when I added it back to Thunderbird I still only have the inbox folder.
Any ideas?

If the account is POP, the Inbox only is downloaded. If it's IMAP and the folders aren't visible, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., Refresh, check the boxes for the missing folders. You might have to make the folders accessible in IMAP in the account's webmail settings.

I have only the INBOX folder, no SENT folder, no TRASH folder , no DRAFTS folder.
How can I get these missing folders?
