new email account doesnt load inbox
Migrated to GoDaddy and they use Exchange. Owl program pops up and helps it to set up new email. Worked fine on my Windows 10 PC - set up the account and shows all the folders below as normal. On my other Windows 10 PC it created only the name of the email account and no folders are shown underneath (no inbox, sent folder, draft folder). Tried adding and deleting the account but didnt work. When trying to do manually instead of installing Owl, it hung up and never loaded at all.
Any insight on this by anyone?

sounds like you have different security software on the second device. Like an over active internet security suite.
