Thank you for the screenshot as this appears to be about Web Push Notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. Instead of usefull information, some sites may send you things like junk, spam, fake antivirus expired alerts or fake virus alerts. You can revoke these sites from sending you notifications.
