When I preview an email sent to many people and first click on "15 more" (say) and then click "Other Actions" the options window is in the wrong place. Why?
This seems to be a small bug. But I can't find any bug reporting channel.

You're supposed to trawl it to see if you can find if your particular bug has already been reported, and yet it's not easy to identify what the existing bug reports are about. If you do find your bug has already been reported, you should post only if you can provide further information. "Me too" bug reports are frowned upon.
Bear in mind that layout issues are often specific to particular platforms (Windows/Mac/Linux) and to particular themes, Do try Thunderbird in Safe Mode to eliminate the themes possibility, and if you do go ahead with reporting it, take care to give your platform and all relevant version numbers.
If you find your bug is related to a theme, try the theme author's website for a reporting channel.
