Hi Using FF version 31 on windows 8.1 (work PC) and FF latest version on new mac (installed new yesterday). Imported bookmarks from Chrome and set up FF on mac. Installed FF on windows 8.1 today and logged in sync. Message that sync will start momentarily but hours later no activity - I assume this is a quick sync process. Please can you assist with a solution? Many thanks! Craig

Could you please paste some of the error logs into a pastebin.mozilla.org for further investigation.

  • How do I turn on sync logs:
  1. Open about:config and turn on: services.sync.log.appender.file.logOnSuccess and services.sync.log.logger.engine.bookmarks
  2. Restart Firefox and look at: about:sync-log
  3. Logs and error messages will be located here
