Firefox crashes
I'm having this issue with Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/warning-unresponsive-script
Here is my crash report: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/58df0469-ad28-4ec7-9ccf-2fdf82150121
Safe Mode doesn't work either, the same crash occurs.
Please, can anybody help?
I need to access a CMS for a webshop in my daily work and each time I try to edit a product, Firefox crashes with the error message of a scrip that needs to be stopped. Chrome won't even explain why but it crashes too. IE as well.
This started happening just the other day. Firefox did work before, a bit slow but it worked.
Thank you in advance.

That is a problem with the Shockwave Flash plugin.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
See also:
You can toggle this pref to true on the about:config page to disable protected mode in the Shockwave Flash plugin:
- dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode = true

Thank you for your helpful reply! I believe disabling the protected mode did the trick. All the best to you!

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support.
I've always liked Firefox as my default browser. I'm tired of getting the same pop-up every time I go to a page. I've been unable to fix it so I have switched over to Opera.
