Bookmark toolbar is incomplete, also 2 empty bookmark toolbars

I have deleted my Firefox profile on this PC, uninstalled Firefox, reinstalled the most recent version of Firefox (same version on Mother PC), reinstalled Firefox, synced, and still not getting all of my bookmarks. Plus update scanner contents not duplicated whatsoever. Please give me a solution other than having both PCs side by side and manually entering all of the missing bookmarks et al. Mother PC is Windows 7, Daughter PC is Windows 8.1.

Hi, a workaround to your sync issue is: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Export Bookmarks to HTML, then save them to a USB flash drive. You can now plug that into the other PC and Import Bookmarks from HTML. Easier than entering them manually!

I've done that, and I still don't get all of my bookmarks, at least not those on the bookmark toolbar.
