reader view shows blank page (mobile version 37.0)

For example http://www.boiseweekly.com/boise/california-governor-orders-25-percent-reduction-in-water-usage/Content?oid=3443296 opens reader, as I had come to expect, with a URL like so:

about:reader?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.boiseweekly.com%2Fboise%2Fcalifornia-governor-orders-25-percent-reduction-in-water-usage%2FContent%3Foid%3D3443296&tabId=8

But it is blank. The reader icon does change color. Reader view in Palemoon 25.3.1 still works with this page.

I am able to get the reader view of the page on Firefox for Android 37.0 using a Samsung Galaxy S5.

I have since discovered that if I copy the “about” URL and paste it into a new tab, it works. But if I open anyrhing in a tab and then go to a reader view I see the blank screen.

Again, Palemoon continues to work.
