inbox get corrupted after 3 GB size
Like outlook if Inbox size is greater than 3.X Gb and not supported by Thunderbird now, then Fresh Inbox should be created and mails must get downloaded into that, can it is possible
OR
Can we get popping message that the Inbox size or any mail folder / mailbox size is reaching to max allowed size so as to take necessary action by user
Actually all the options like Filters, Folders, junk mail deletion, Compacting is tried by us but all are manual type and no surety that end user will maintain it every time as Each Local folder has 4GB limitation also,
When the User is on tour or not accessible this problem of Inbox Full become more severe , so need above stated solutions for it.
I hope friends who reply may consider my helpnessness

The best method is to use the Inbox as an Inbox for incoming messages and not as a general storage.
The Inbox folder as shown in the Folder Pane, is in reality, an mbox file. Emails are downloaded and written to that one file, one email after the other. So currently you have 'all your eggs in one basket', to quote a phrase. All your emails are in a single document.
I suggest you create folders and organise your emails by moving them into suitably named folders. eg: Family, Friends, Bills, Online Orders, Thunderbird etc. Delete any emails you do not want.
Empty the 'Junk' and 'deleted/Trash' folder. Right click on folder and select eg: 'Empty Junk'
Also check the 'Sent' folder as this can also get quite large. Deleting anything you do not want to keep.
Then compact all folders to remove the hidden 'marked as deleted' emails.
- File > Compact folders.
It is also a good idea to Archive all older emails, say anything older than a couple of months. To do this, set up your Archive Options to store by monthly (If you send and receive several emails each day). Select to keep folder structure. Then Archive emails including the Sent folder.
Info on 'Archive Options' here:
This will reduce the size of your folders and make it less risky.

I use an addon to help me know how big folders are getting.
I have only the 'Size' column displayed, but it also offers Total emails (also useful) and Unread. see image below as example.
