Multiple entries of same contacts
I have multiple contact 'lists' which often have same individuals in them. In my address books these individuals' names are repeatedly listed though nothing different is seen when properties are opened. Is this normal? Certainly adds a lot of seemingly useless repetition. Some individual contacts might be listed 10 or more times.
In old outlook this didn't happen. Any thing I can do to eliminate these repeated listings?

How do you add Contacts to Mailing Lists? Is each Mailing List in the same address book as all the Contacts it refers to?
I click Address Book from main inbox menu. Then click Personal Address book. New List option is available in tool bar then click it : name new list, etc.
Then type name, e.g. "Peter". If Peter is in my Address book it show address etc., so click enter and so forth.
Yes, the Lists are in the same Address book. More info ; my Contact contains all the same info and likewise redundant. I have names in the "collected Addresses but don't know why or even use anything there.
