My Ubuntu 14.04 3 LTS, firefox running version 42 is unable to play any of the Youtube live videos. It produces the error "your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available" If I play the video on the same workstation using another app it works.

I tried another Ubuntu 14.04 3 LTS desktop and it also does not play Youtube live.
