Yes, it's possible with some tweaking. You can create a new profile and run it beside your default using the -no-remote switch, which is described here.

The other option is to download Firefox portable, which stored its data separately and can be started even your Firefox is already running.

I need to log into other accounts to have LastPass generate a strong password and save it in the LastPass password vault.

Why?

You can add -no-remote to the command line to open another Firefox instance with its own profile and run multiple Firefox instances simultaneously.
