I asked where the menu button was. The response was three lines on top of each other. I responded saying it is not on my screen. Why can't I see it?
The answer said something about a hamburger and said to look for a picture of a polar bear. What? When I responded to his answer, my response was rejected. I was trying to upgrade Fox and it wants you to go to the menu.
